Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from our studio in Hawaii. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping delays may happen.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Please note that as we ship from Hawaii, delivery times to the continental U.S. may be longer than standard estimates. Typical delivery is 7–14 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow additional time for international deliveries.

Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
